Tortelloni di erbe

Herb Tortelloni are prepared with spinach grown locally in the region. The pasta is thick, to preserve the filling, and lends itself to being accompanied with fresh sauces made with seasonal ingredients. For a simple but exciting taste.

Preparation

Pour the product, still frozen, into plenty of boiling salted water. Then drain after about three minutes of boiling.
