Squares of coarse pasta with a simple and genuine filling, in keeping with tradition:
potatoes, ricotta and Grana Padano. Potato Tortelletti are particularly suitable for enhancing the aromas of the forest.

Preparation

Pour the product, still frozen, into plenty of boiling salted water. The pasta is cooked when it rises to the surface and the water starts boiling again.
