When tasty cheeses meet herbs, Fumaiolo Tortelletti are created. Made with spinach expertly mixed with Grana Padano cheese and a very fresh ricotta, enclosed by a wrinkled sheet of pasta, for a delicate and appetising first course.

Preparation

Pour the product, still frozen, into plenty of boiling salted water. The pasta is cooked when it rises to the surface and the water starts boiling again.
