Gnocchi di zucca

Sweet, tasty and fragrant thanks to the pumpkin, and soft thanks to the delicate Apennine potatoes, this gnocchi is ideal for bringing the flavours of autumn to the table. In perfect combination with gorgonzola or other blue cheeses, it is also suitable for more delicate sauces, such as zucchini and mint, or richer ones, such as speck and walnuts.

Preparation

Pour the product, still frozen, into plenty of boiling salted water. The pasta is cooked when it rises to the surface and the water starts boiling again.
