For lovers of the main component of Mediterranean cuisine, the tomato, Fumaiolo offers four different recipes. For those who are looking for a more creamy texture and a more decisive taste, the three pestos are perfect.
For the preparations, only high-quality raw materials are chosen, the best organic vegetables, without the addition of any preservatives. Ripe and full-bodied tomatoes and extra virgin olive oil are the basis to which all the other fresh ingredients are added: porcini mushrooms, onions, carrots, celery, garlic. Flavoured with sea salt, white wine or chilli.
The three pestos use aged cheeses from selected dairies. In addition to the Genoese classic, the other two pestos are made with characterful ingredients: rocket, with an unmistakable bitter and pungent aftertaste, and dried tomatoes.
