Gnocchi tricolore

The traditional format of gnocchi, with just a little imagination. If you want to bring a little joy to your plate and make your younger guests happy, Fumaiolo tricolour gnocchi is the perfect choice for you. The dough is made from fragrant Appennine potatoes and then a touch of colour is given by beetroot and spinach: soft and delicate, ideal for both simple and more complex sauces.

Preparation

Pour the product, still frozen, into plenty of boiling salted water. The pasta is cooked when it rises to the surface and the water starts boiling again.
